I can't remember any, but if your goal is to fly and build hours, this probably isn't the place for you. They barely have any contracts, so you'll spend a lot of time on standby or reserve. And if money isn't important to you, then you'll fit right in—because the pay is pretty poor.
Not sure where to start. All is so bad, they treat you with 0 respect. They take the worst contracts no other companies want. They choose to send you to work in not safe countries and if you don't want, they will fire you.
The managment should be replaced by 100% Not only management, but all of them who are working on important positions and literally have no idea how to do the job.
Better don't apply. You will regret pretty fast and wish you have started somewhere else. Waste of time, effort and health.
If you are looking for start and you don't have better option.
Working in war zone without any emergency plan, forcing them to stay there or you lose job. They don't respect crew at all. Very Toxic Workplace Culture. Not a Place for Professional Growth
Hard to give them advice since there is lot of cultural problems, respect to the people. They experience is low, either their first job in aviation or another ACMI. They are signing contracts that nobody wants.
Avoid
Flying to different airports for different Airlines
Soviet mentality ( in it´s worst meaning), they sign ACMI contracts to fly in conflict areas without proper risk assessment. Zero respect for the cockpit crews and continuous breach of contract.
Just retire, go back to school or simply commit suicide. You are beyond repair.
Avoid.
