Chief Pilot does not care about pilots, only appeasing those who sign his pay check. GTY way goes to the highest on Seniority, so long as they are MIA Mafia. Company will fail soon. Glad I got out prior to being part of the failure.
Ask yourself, "Who makes the mission happen", then take care of them. An airline cannot survive without pilots. And pilots will leave if you drive them away by pouring on the responsibilities like maintenance, making them do maintenance test flights without maintenance parameters or a maintainer on board, Crew Meal retrieval's from FBOs during quick turns that don't include the Flight Attendants... the people that YOU labeled responsible to heat it. GXA treats those flight attendants SO BADLY. I couldn't understand why anyone would put up with that treatment unless they were felons.
Have a back-up. Likelihood is, that you are not from Alexandria Louisiana and have an ATP license, so you're going to have to pay for an apartment in one of the most dangerous cities in the US. And GXA does not care about you. They short their own stocks every six months when you are in a "Black Out" period where you cannot sell yours. The price goes WAY up during that period, then back down to where you purchased during the short window that you can sell.
