No
In this company you’re a slave with no respect from the office at all. As they say, you’re not someone special for us to help you. Whenever you’re asking even minor stuff ( for example to buy additional kg for cabin bag, which is 12 eur) - the reply is always no, no matter what you’re asking and the chief pilot will never be on your side. Lack of organisation Lack of communication No proper crew scheduling They’re saying they are aiming for high standards training wise, in reality most of the pilots would never be accepted else where except them. Most probably you will not even be able to get vacation as it’s stated in the contract. Most of the projects are out of Europe, even if they’re appearing - they manage to lose them very very soon. They talk about balance between people when scheduling bases, in reality most of us go to Africa 3-4 times in a row.
At least sometimes respect your pilots and change the attitude
