simulators, training and flying is totally non standard, procedures not followed. hotel for acmi contract first was said to be free and later hat to be payed back to the company. OFF days were not followed same as FDT rules. Pay to fly of cause....
better become more professional with allmost everything before you have an accident
expect no or late salary, you are totally like a slave. no respect from the company

Techincal issues, training issues (no serious EASA training), ACMI operation but without OFF days, pilots kept like slaves, no possibility to go home regularly, salary often not payed on time, you need to fight for it, last salary never payed when you are leaving, pilots were asked to pay the hotel from one day to another when aircraft stayed longer in maintenance
respect pilots and human, become more professional in your operation and become more safe
maybe the company will change but currently I suggest not to go there
