-very good overall company (german aoc) considering it's still low cost -good general labour conditions -possibility to switch bases -nice colleagues -good ID travel conditions -friendly atmosphere
-career limited to point-to-point short haul ops only -no real layovers, only out of base a few times a year with hotels only by the airport -uniform of poor quality - regular personal invesment required to renew to acceptable standard -salary is quite good but ohter airlines in GER tend to pay more
-improve vacation planning process -provide crews with new uniform (meaning both quality and design) -consider new crew hotels (not airport hotels only)
-solid company to work for, so if you consider joining -> go for it -company has areas to improve in but that's the same everywhere -be aware of the fact, that you will never fly long haul or even get to know Europe. You'll be home every night. Can be nice, if you live in base and have children, but can also be frustrating when commuting.
