- Poor Management - Soviet Mentality - No rights as an employee, dut to a forced self employment contract in MALTA. - No insurance (of any kind) - Poorest accommodation available in any country. (employees forced to live in comon houses, sometimes 2h away from the airport) and with no private toilet. - Extremely low salary - company on a downhill, disguised buy purchase of new airplanes based on employee conditions sacrifice

Advice to management

Stop being greedy or you will destroy your own airline. People will all leave and you will be left with the worst flight crew members available on the market.

Advice to future employees

Stay away. Soviet culture well instaled and fear policies in place.
