Nice colleagues and acceptable pay with latest contract update
In summer you get minimum days off mostly. Lots of layovers in eastern europe and lots of night flights as well. Low class hotels and rosters that shift from very early to very late on short haul are the norm. Often you have very fatiguing schedules with up to 4 legs per day. 6 days on and 1 day off can happen too. The time to upgrade is long and fleet is in reduction.
Try improving the roster to accommodate pilots in terms of fatigue and workload instead of maximizing the use time for the company if you want satisfied staff members
It's a good place to start out as a pilot but not good if you want to progress in your career quickly
