Management dictatorship Good work horse for the aircraft, well maintained, good schedule, but poor communication and management dictatorship Good aircraft, well maintained, good schedule, but no benefit and maanagement dictatorship

Poor communication from the management, no upgrade possible so far except for a couple of pilots

Advice to management

They sale charters through Europe and have regular line asked a lot to the collaborateurs(employees) but grant nothing

Advice to future employees

With them you will fly, but it is dictatorship impose by the owner. You will be immediately fired if you say no.
