Fleet B787-8/9/10, Great Maintenance, Good Support while on duty, Great Crew.

Cons

Initial training 8 Months for JCAB licence. Poor Rostering system. Total package circa 20% less than pre Covid-19 contract. Hotel accomodation while in Japan. Short layovers. Cultural challenges. Very limited support from Contract companies.

Advice to management

Return to Previous contract that was in place prior to Covid-19 Pandemic which included C-class commute ticket, Flexible days off system and Loyalty Bonus system among others.

Consider alternatives.
