Only 11 destination with only 5 location for layover which make you automatically memorize all altitude constraint (for B767 pilots only 3 destination with 3 location for layover) Fixed flight pattern which make flight hours 50 ~ 80 hrs per month which is easy to make your schedule in holiday. Easy to have oppotunity to fly wide-body jet compere to other airline. Most of route is just 1 hour and half flight. All equipment which you need on job is provided such as uniform, flight bag, suit case for layover, gloves, logbook, headset...etc. You can use taxi for commute 24hrs which benefit is hardly find in Japanese company. If you use car to commute, all requred fee such as gasoline or toll will be provided.
Low salary compare to other japanese airline which own turbine aircraft. (Pay in Japan is really bad for recent year, bacuase of currency and inflation compare to other country though.) Old airplane which all used airplane from ANA which will cause lots of mechanical trouble on your journey. No International flight which make the company cannot provide international flight employee benefit. No pilots union in company which makes pilots hardly claim what we want to change or improve company policy or job environment to company. Sometime management captain who claimed too much to company, he resigned from management job. All management decision is really slow, which cannot even decide next fleet although aircraft are often broken down constantly because of aircraft age. They almost did nothing during covid-19 crisis except only financial management, we luckly did not bankrupt.
Need to decide next fleet which company has been considered more than 5 years.
Really good atmosphere to work even you are foreigner, easy job and easy schedule.
