Mismanaged Poor leave system Working and Days off are jumbled constantly. No life. Favoritism for schedules/rosters.
To make working in company something to look forward to. Better perks like better rosters, better bonuses, better annual leave system.
Expect nothing. Do your work, go home.
Pay is fine considering market conditions
Disorganised, highly egotistical culture, no proper systems in place for employees working.
Management is not open and friendly,needs to look Macro instead of Micro.
