Understand applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a 14 CFR Part 121 training department
Proven experience in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs
Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements and guidance, including 14 CFR Part 121, Advisory Circulars, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs
Proficiency in training program development, curriculum design, and instructor standardization
Familiarity with advanced training technologies, such as flight training devices (FTDs) and full-flight simulators.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours may be required to meet training schedules or operational needs.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience/training
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Experience supporting training programs for Dispatchers, Flight Attendants, or Loadmasters.
Prior experience in management or supervisory role within a Part 121 training department.
Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and internal evaluation processes
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
