Additional requirements
- Knowledge of content of Transport Canada's CARs, CASS, Advisory Circulars, and Bulletins.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Contrail Standards and BARS Standards; and all company manuals pertaining to flight operations and safety.
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player who can work in an autonomous and/or team setting.
- Flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with the public, flight crews, and Company management.
- Self-starter with demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills.
- Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment, with a high tolerance for change
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, adaptability to change, and good time management.
- Strong ability to determine performance goals and ability to hold others accountable.
- Ability to abide by the rules of confidentiality.
