Knowledge of content of Transport Canada's CARs, CASS, Advisory Circulars, and Bulletins.
Comprehensive knowledge of Contrail Standards and BARS Standards; and all company manuals pertaining to flight operations and safety.
Motivated and enthusiastic team player who can work in an autonomous and/or team setting.
Flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with the public, flight crews, and Company management.
Self-starter with demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills.
Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making.
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
