6+ months management experience in air transport operations
Ability to obtain/maintain ASIC
Strong judgement under pressure; experience with risk assessments and investigations.
Deep understanding of CASR Parts 119 and 135, plus exposure to IOGP 691, BARS and IOSA.
Ability to motivate crews and engage stakeholders.
Strong administrative discipline and documentation accuracy.
