Flight time notes

1+ years of experience as a pilot-in-command of an aircraft operated under CFR 14 Part 91, 135 or 121.

Preferred time

Certified Flight Instructor. CFI, CFII, and MEI.
1+ years of experience as a certified flight instrument and/or multiengine instructor.
Aerial survey experience.
Experience in King Air 200, Cessna Conquest II, or Cessna Caravan.
Pressurized turbine aircraft experience.
Multiengine experience.
Remote flying experience in Alaska or similar.

Job description

The Aircraft Captain serves as Pilot in Command and has final authority and responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. The Captain ensures all flight operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, company policies and procedures, and the Safety Management System (SMS). This role includes mission planning and execution, crew leadership and coordination, operational risk management, and real-time decision-making. The Aircraft Captain leads by example and actively promotes a corporate culture in which safety is a core value.

Work conditions

Location & Travel

Location: Sheboygan, WI

Travel: Willing to travel 16 days on and 12 OFF to conduct line operations and/or train/evaluate line pilots. Travel may be more than 75%.
