- EASA TKI (Theoretical Knowledge Instructor) authorization or equivalent
- Flight crew license (CPL, ATPL, or military equivalent)
- Instructional experience in an ATO environment
Additional requirements
- Relevant academic and/or operational aviation background (civilian or military)
- Previous experience in an aviation education or training role (civilian or military)
- In-depth subject matter expertise in one or more ATPL theoretical subjects
- Strong communication and classroom delivery skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Eligible to work and reside Sweden/Norway (EU/EEC)
Preferred
- Experience with CBTA (Competency-Based Training and Assessment) and modern learning platforms
