Additional requirements
- ICAO level 4 in Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, flight procedures, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues.
- Previous experience in mentoring or training junior instructors is a bonus.
- Eligible to work in Spain.
