- Extensive experience as a TKI or from an airline environment
- Knowledge of aviation legislation, procedures, and relevant parts of EASA regulations
- Qualification to teach at least four ATPL subjects
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Team spirit and a positive approach to education
Preferred
- Experience in a CTKI role at a flight school is an advantage
- Experience with managing or using e-learning/LMS systems is an advantage
