Additional requirements Extensive experience as a TKI or from an airline environment Knowledge of aviation legislation, procedures, and relevant parts of EASA regulations Qualification to teach at least four ATPL subjects Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail High level of English proficiency (spoken and written) Team spirit and a positive approach to education Preferred Experience in a CTKI role at a flight school is an advantage Experience with managing or using e-learning/LMS systems is an advantage Compensation and benefits Paid Time Off (PTO)
