Extensive experience as a TKI or from an airline environment
Knowledge of aviation legislation, procedures, and relevant parts of EASA regulations
Qualification to teach at least four ATPL subjects
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written English skills
Positive attitude and team spirit

Preferred

Experience as CTKI is an advantage
Experience with e-learning/LMS systems is an advantage
