- 750 hours as Instructor Pilot
- 100 hours IR
Preferred time
- Airline Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a flight instructor, with at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory role
- 500 hours of dual instruction given

Additional requirements
- No Instrument teaching restriction
- Proven experience in flight instruction and curriculum development
- Proficient in aviation safety standards and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field
Preferred
- Taught previously within a large, professional flight academy
- Prior leadership or management experience in a flight school or aviation environment
