The experience required for this job position dictates the instructor has completed all FAA mandated flight training necessary for the issuance of a CFI and CFII certificates. Central Flying Academy would prefer that experience be part of the flight training program.
The Flight Instructor II must have the piloting and people skills necessary to be an effective teacher.
The Flight Instructor II must be able to provide good customer service to the student pilot/customer.
The Flight Instructor II must have an instructional knowledge of the subject they intend to teach.
Must be able to read, understand, and interpret instructions and information using the English language.
Must be able to effectively communicate new concepts to student pilots and develop methods for insuring the student pilot can demonstrate an understanding of the concept once taught.
