- Bachelor's degree.
- Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations and standards, proficiency in using flight training software and tools, with the ability to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Strong leadership and management skills; organizational and time management skills; problem solving and decision making skills; with the ability to inspire and motive others and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to develop and implement training programs, and conduct flight training and evaluations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed and ability to travel as required.

Compensation and benefits
Summary
- SALARY: $70,000 + $3,400 in downstate location pay = $73,400 Total Compensation. Salary may increase commensurate with experience.
