Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations and standards, proficiency in using flight training software and tools, with the ability to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Strong leadership and management skills; organizational and time management skills; problem solving and decision making skills; with the ability to inspire and motive others and work collaboratively with other departments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to develop and implement training programs, and conduct flight training and evaluations.
Flexibility to work varied hours as needed and ability to travel as required.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field.
Compensation and benefits
Summary
SALARY: $70,000 + $3,400 in downstate location pay = $73,400 Total Compensation. Salary may increase commensurate with experience.
