Additional requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated skill and ability in writing, developing and evaluating procedural guidelines and manuals. Experience using data development and analysis to improve company practices. Experience demonstrating safe practices and procedures in aviation operations. Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, various Windows utilities, and web-based applications. Preferred FAASTeam Representative or similar experience. Experience with compliance and records management. Experience with assessment and accreditation. Experience with educational institution policies, practices, and procedures. No past, current, or pending FAA actions on the individual’s pilot and/or instructor certificate. Work conditions TOUR OF DUTY
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Subject to change) (Saturday and Sunday as days off)
