Educated to University Degree Level in Aeronautical Engineering/ Aviation Management, preferably with Masters/ Postgraduate in Aviation Studies
Minimum of 15 years relevant aviation operations experience.
Previous experience in managing a flight crew in commercial aircraft, VIP operation is an advantage
Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
Familiar with relevant UAE and International air legislation and agreed aviation practices and procedures.

To act as the strategic leader and regulatory Post Holder for Flight Operations, with full accountability for the safety, compliance, and effectiveness of all flight operations. The role is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary department to ensure every flight exceeds regulatory and customer expectations, while strategically managing aircraft projects and upholding the standards of the AOC.
