A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a ground training instructor in Airbus/Boeing aircraft system.
Previous experience of instructing ATPL subjects at an approved training organization is preferred.

Experience in ATO / FSTD organization is useful.
Excellent presentation ability.
Bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge of and the ability to teach aircraft systems, normal abnormal and emergency operating procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills, team oriented and self-directed.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Ability to learn new software and systems efficiently.
Experience of working directly with regulators, Certification Bodies and other Standard organizations.
Proficiency in English Language and presentation skills.
Should have own transportation arrangements
