1 year operational experience as pilot in commercial environment or 1 year of experience of ground instructor certified by CAAM
Extensive experience in preparing flight documents, navigation, air traffic management system, flight planning system.
Solid knowledge of aircraft systems and performances of Boeing 737-800
Broad knowledge of regulatory and pilot training requirements.
Proven organisational and administrative skills with demonstrable success in managing a variety of people, tasks and/or activities
Ability to drive change management in a highly regulated environment with an objective of attaining efficiency and improving structural cost management with strong business and commercial focus
Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
