Additional requirements
- A high level of operational performance
- An operational training background ideally with experience in the jet transport airline operations
- Experience in the training and testing of Type Ratings for jet transport aircraft would be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a team of experienced training and checking staff
- Demonstrated leadership capability to influence and drive positive outcomes with a diverse and remote workforce.
- A detailed understanding of the Virgin Australia Group checking and training principles would be advantageous
- A thorough understanding of enterprise agreements along with a strong knowledge of CASA Regulations.
