Summary
- Year 1 guaranteed base pay:
- Citation Ultra/XL - up to $90,300
- Citation X, Challenger 300 - up to $103,100
- Gulfstream, Global 5000, Global 7500 – up to $108,100
- Plus paid training days
- Plus extra day pay
- Plus total flight hour incentives
- Plus retention bonus after each of 3, 6 and 9 years of service
- Plus per diem $75/$120 per day (domestic/International)
- A choice of vacation time (in addition to 15/13 schedule) or in-lieu of vacation bonus $10,000
- Homebasing
- Training scheduled 6 months in advance
- Progress through the Vista Member’s fleet of over 360 aircraft and keep your seniority number and remain with one entity.
