Summary

  • Year 1 guaranteed base pay:
  • Citation Ultra/XL - up to $90,300
  • Citation X, Challenger 300 - up to $103,100
  • Gulfstream, Global 5000, Global 7500 – up to $108,100
  • Plus paid training days
  • Plus extra day pay
  • Plus total flight hour incentives
  • Plus retention bonus after each of 3, 6 and 9 years of service
  • Plus per diem $75/$120 per day (domestic/International)
  • A choice of vacation time (in addition to 15/13 schedule) or in-lieu of vacation bonus $10,000
  • Homebasing
  • Training scheduled 6 months in advance
  • Progress through the Vista Member’s fleet of over 360 aircraft and keep your seniority number and remain with one entity.
