Ability to be away from home for extended periods of time to support domestic and international operations
Valid passport and valid driver’s license
Ability to reside within one hour of Rochester International Airport (KROC)
Ability to successfully complete background investigation and pre-employment drug screening
Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and Crew Resource Management (CRM) consistent with Captain responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven teamwork and collaboration skills in a multi-crew environment
Sound judgment, decision-making, and threat-and-error management
Adaptability and flexibility in a changing operational environment
Strong organizational and computer skills
Commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement consistent with IS-BAO Stage 3 standards
