5 years of recent flight training & operations (military, Part 142/141, or standardized 61), incl.
Resent teaching experience in aircraft
750 hours dual instruction given
Flight experience in IFR, congested airspace, mountain flying, extensive IMC, and night experience

Preferred time

Teaching experience in a Cirrus SR or SF model aircraft
1,500 hours of total flight time
1,000 hours dual instruction given
500 hours CSIP

Additional requirements

Experience mentoring, coordinating, or informally leading other instructors/pilots of a combination or flight training & operations and equivalent leadership experience.
Strong management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively work with other departments and outside vendors
Willingness to travel as necessary in support of Cirrus Aircraft's Flight Operations Department
Ability to effectively work with other departments and outside vendors

Preferred

Recent teaching experience in advanced General Aviation Glass Cockpit
