- Minimum 5 years’ aviation industry experience (2 years in a relevant position).
- Proven leadership and management skills, preferably in a comparable organisation.
- Strong knowledge of EU aviation regulations and operational manuals.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Eligible to live and work in Europe.
Preferred
- Previous Postholder/NPCT experience (preferred).
- Degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Business (preferred).
