Familiarity with SMS and compliance auditing
Proven experience in creating training plans and updating Operations Manual Part D
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Proven leadership skills with the capacity to guide and motivate a small team of instructors and assistants
Experience working with ATOs and managing training approval processes
Swiss or EU citizenship
Living in the Geneva area or willing to permanently relocate
