Additional requirements

Senior flight operations management experience is essential
High operational standards, safety awareness and exceptional crew resource management skills
An entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial spirit
Highly organised and motivated
Familiar with Microsoft packages
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Must have the right to live and work in the UK without restrictions

Preferred

Business / executive VVIP aviation background is preferred but not required.
Previous postholder experience would be an advantage.
Knowledge of platforms such as Centrik and Leon would be an advantage

We are currently looking to recruit a nominated postholder role of joint Flight Operations Director (NPFO) and Head of Training (NPCT) to join our Head Office based near Glasgow. Our team at Air Charter Scotland support our business in the UK, Europe and worldwide. We have built a reputation as one of the most reliable private jet operators in the UK and we are the preferred private jet operator for some of the world’s biggest brands, leaders & celebrities.

The dual NFPO/NPCT role is ideal for a highly driven, focussed leader with flying and managerial experience of Flight Operations and Training either in private aviation or commercial aviation.
