Additional requirements

  • Currently reside within 2.5 hrs of San Jose, CA or be willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years' Experience OR Masters' Degree and Six Years' Experience

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills
  • Experience operating within an BASC/IS-BAO and Safety Management System (SMS) environment
  • Strong decision-making and risk management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities
  • Experience supporting executive level passengers in a corporate aviation environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain worldwide travel eligibility, including a valid passport and visas as required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, extended trips, and short-notice travel
  • Ability to successfully complete company required background checks, security clearances, and recurrent training
  • Ability to perform all essential duties in a dynamic operational environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion

Summary

  • The salary range for this position is: $243,100.00 - $314,600.00
  • This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
