Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Over five years of experience in aviation training or leadership roles, such as a Line Instructor or Training Manager, and have at least five years of experience developing operational procedures for jet aircraft
Minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity, with direct involvement in international operations including NAT, PAC, NOPAC, and EUROCONTROL
Clean FAA record with no accidents or incidents
Deep knowledge of FARs and international procedures, technical excellence in aircraft operations, and a strong track record of leadership in flight safety, crew training, and operational standardization
The position will reside in Atlantic City
