- Previous corporate environment experience
- Understanding of Transport Canada requirements for 604, 703, and 704 training requirements
- Proficiency with the Pelesys platform, Webmanual, and FOS
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, delivered with tact and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
