Additional requirements
- Hold ICAO APTL (A) with TRI / TRE, EASA is a plus
- Complies with A60.4 flight experience requirements
- Is able to demonstrate strong leadership with autonomy
- Is highly commercial & customer focused with intellectual rigor
- Is a disciplined individual who sets and works with strict deadlines
- Has proven AIRLINE leadership skills
- Is able to fully assess situations, grab issues, solve problems and make clear concise recommendations on key operational decisions
- Is a self-motivated individual with high level of initiative and commitments
- Has the ability to demonstrate good communication skills, stakeholder management and team spirit.
- Is able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrates Airbus values in his daily environment.
Preferred
- Medium haul flight experience on Fly By wire aircraft is a plus
- Has relevant knowledge in: CBTA, TEM, Human Factors is necessary, EBT is a plus.
- Previous team management or Head of training experience in Airbus or in the Airline industry is a plus.
