University or college diploma, in aviation-related fields, or equivalent years of professional experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a flight operations or training environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong working knowledge of the Flight Operations Manual, Aircraft Operating Manual, Training Processes & Procedures and Canadian Aviation Regulations.
Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to contribute effectively to team environments and manage tasks efficiently.
Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Flight Operations Training, the Flight Operations Training Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of flight training programs across assigned fleets.
The incumbent will ensure that all training programs meet appropriate standards, contribute to the development of training content, and support tasks as assigned by the Manager, Flight Operations Training.
