Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Supportive and approachable, motivational, mentoring and guiding students
Actively contributes to continuous improvement and standardisation of training delivery
Positive and enthusiastic approach, focused on ensuring students enjoy an excellent learning experience
Strong report writing skills and confident IT user, with sound knowledge of the Microsoft office suite

Preferred

Experience in delivering ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Instruction (desirable)
Experience in developing, revising, and overseeing course materials and examinations (desirable)
