Additional requirements Minimum bachelor’s in aviation/education or related field; High school diploma or equivalent. Completed a course of training in instructional techniques; Train the trainer certificate. Previous experience in giving theoretical knowledge instruction and an appropriate theoretical background in the specified subject. Previous experience of instructing ATPL theory at a GCAA approved pilot training organization is preferred. Practical background in aviation in the areas relevant for the training provided. In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry. Strong knowledge of GCAA safety policies. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
