Additional requirements

Has proven experience as a FAA Ground Instructor or Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) or similar instructional role.
Strong communication and presentation
Proficiency in using educational technology and software platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to engage and motivate a diverse range of students.
Ability of adjusting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and student needs
A strong commitment to maintaining and promoting a culture of safety within the learning environment.
Some out-of-state travel may be required.

Work conditions

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (weekends when needed). 5-6 hours per day in classroom on average, 2-3 hours per day for administrative work on average. Time of day can vary depending on class requirements.
