Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AI training, providing authoritative guidance based on practical flight experience.

Develop and refine technical documentation to support AI model development, focusing on real-world scenarios and safety protocols.

Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure AI systems accurately reflect commercial pilot operations, emergency procedures, and industry best practices.

Review and validate AI outputs to ensure alignment with aviation standards and regulations.

Communicate complex technical information clearly through detailed written and verbal reports.

Advise on the integration of AI technologies within fixed-wing and rotary aircraft operations, including charter flights, air tours, and EMS missions.

Champion safety and regulatory compliance throughout all AI training processes.
