Special Flight Operations (SFO) is a section within Saab Flight Operations that conducts flight operations in the areas of firefighting flights, target flights and measurement flights, and the section also contains an approved flight school (ATO). Flight operations are conducted both nationally and internationally.

We are now looking for a new Flight Manager/NPFO for our operations in Nyköping who will play a key role in the flight operations in our continued development forward. As an NPFO with us at Saab, you will focus on ensuring safe and efficient flight operations within our SPO HR permit. We currently operate 1 Learjet 35, 5 MU-2 and 4 ATO-802 FireBoss. As the head of the flight operations, the focus is on a safe, efficient and robust operation. The Flight Manager also forms an important part of the support to the Section Manager who has the overall business responsibility with profit and budget responsibility. Together you create a robust management function.
