Lead and navigate the pilot recruitment process to make sure the crew order will be filled.
Collaborate in developing new and effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive and active candidates. (Internal and External)
Oversee the internal seniority list and make sure to prioritize due to agreements with the Unions.
Create and oversee existing and new lists and tools needed to fulfil the order.
Conduct through candidate assessments, including resume screening, virtual interviews, or in-person to evaluate candidate’s qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Make sure we are compliance regarding to EASA requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and generate reports for management review.
Participate in recruitment-related project, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts and process improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to enhance the recruitment strategy approach.
Represent the Company at job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to promote the organizations employment opportunities.
