Additional requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, mechanics, and pilots.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Test Pilot School graduate (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with flight test instrumentation and data analysis tools
