Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
Atleast 10 to 15+ years of experience in aviation. Seniority and a proven track record in flight operations or auditing (e.g., IOSA audit certification) are highly preferred
Must possess a full understanding of Kenya Civil Aviation Authority regulations and safe operating practices as documented in the company’s manual(s) to no less than extend of her/his responsibilities.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to focus, work under pressure and make aviation decisions to ensure the best and safest patient outcome
High level of integrity
Deep understanding of safety regulations (SMS), operational control, and compliance.
Deep understanding of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and the Kenya Civil Aviation Regulations (KCARs).
Ability to make critical aviation safety decisions under high pressure.
