Additional requirements
- Hold a type rating for the types of aeroplane on which training will be given
- Have at least three years experience in PIC of 705 aeroplane
- Be qualified for line flying on the type of aeroplane
- Be qualified in accordance with the Companys training program as PIC on one of the types operated; and demonstrate knowledge with respect to the content of the Companys Operations Manual, Flight Crew Training Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Company Check Pilot Manual and the provisions of the regulations and standards necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position
- Effective leadership skills, with strong focus on operations and business processes
- Professional Development courses
- Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC
