Additional requirements

Two (2) years of previous training experience
Ability to public speak with ease
Above average computer and course design skills
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARS) and Commercial Air Service Standards (CASS)
Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada

Preferred

Ability to communicate in Inuktut a definite asset

Job description

The Manager, Flight Crew Training is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of all Pilot Flight and Ground Training Programs and their standards in coordination with the Chief Pilots. The Manager, Flight Crew Training will umbrella Cabin Crew training to enhance quality, CRM and EPT... training and assist where necessary.
