he successful candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge of flight operations, aviation safety investigation methodologies, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and human factors.
Good working knowledge of Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR) 2016, Civil Aviation Act 1969, Civil Aviation Directives (CAD), Civil Aviation Guidance Materials (CAGM), ICAO Annexes (1–19), and related aviation documentation is essential.
Excellent analytical, communication, report-writing, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office 365 skills are required.
Success in this role requires applying sound operational knowledge and pilot expertise to accurately assess safety occurrences, identify root causes, evaluate human factors, and ensure the timely completion of investigations and implementation of corrective actions to support the highest standards of flight safety

Experience in aircraft maintenance or technical flight operations will be an added advantage
