- Fluency in German
- At least three years experience as a type rating instructor for flight crews for aircraft with a minimum crew of two pilots
- Authorization as an examiner for the flying personnel
- If the required authorizations are not available, the willingness to acquire the authorizations in question at the expense of the office is assumed if the other requirements are met. This must be expressly stated in the application.
- Knowledge of the relevant national and international aviation regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) No. 1178/2011
- Experiences in the field of "Approved Training Organizations (ATO)"
- Knowledge of general administrative law
- Willingness to make regular business trips, even for several days
